You own the content you create. By publishing it, you grant us a licence to host and display it.
By using Block & Bank ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using the service on behalf of an organisation (a club, school, or team), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're under 16, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@blockandbank.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person. Don't share credentials, don't use someone else's account, and don't create accounts using false information or someone else's identity.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of premium features. No credit card required. The trial ends automatically — we never charge you without explicit consent.
Premium is £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, billed in advance. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe — we don't see or store your card details.
You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Annual subscribers may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their year. Email us within 30 days of cancellation to claim it.
We may change prices at any time, but we'll give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before any increase. Your subscription will renew at the new rate unless you cancel before the change takes effect.
You retain ownership of the drills, sessions, videos, comments, and other content you create on the service ("Your Content").
By publishing Your Content on the service, you grant Block & Bank a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote it on the service and our marketing channels. This licence ends when you remove the content (subject to backups for up to 90 days).

We may, at our discretion, remove content that violates these Terms, suspend or terminate the offending account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. We don't actively moderate before publication, but we will act on legitimate reports.

Verified creators may earn a share of subscription revenue based on engagement with their published drills, paid out via Stripe Connect.
Earnings are calculated monthly using the formula published on our creator dashboard. Block & Bank reserves the right to adjust the formula with 30 days' notice. Payouts are made after a £20 minimum threshold is reached.
Creators are responsible for declaring earnings to their tax authority. We provide annual statements.
The service displays advertisements (via Google AdSense) and affiliate product recommendations (via Amazon Associates) on free-tier pages. As an Amazon Associate, Block & Bank earns from qualifying purchases. Premium subscribers see no ads.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause downtime. We don't offer SLA credits or refunds for incidental downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if your activity poses a risk to the service or other users. We'll usually notify you first and give a chance to resolve the issue, except in cases of serious abuse or legal obligation.
You can close your account at any time from account settings. We retain account data for 90 days after closure to allow recovery; after that, personal data is deleted or anonymised.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Drills and training content on the service are educational; we don't guarantee specific results, and you use them at your own risk. Always supervise minors during physical activity and consult a coach or medical professional for activities that exceed your or your players' fitness level.
To the extent permitted by law, Block & Bank's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be excluded under UK law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of: your breach of these Terms, your content, or your use of the service in a way that violates someone else's rights or applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes affecting your subscription will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction of residence.
