Box out every shot — no offensive rebounds for free.
No isolation — every possession must have a pass.
Add a shot clock (12 seconds). Make-it-take-it on offence, defence-keeps-ball if they get a stop. Coach freezes the play and asks 'what should happen next?' Add a 'no dribble' constraint for advanced reads.
